Preferred Providers are contractors that our homeowners have identified over the years as providing quality services at fair prices. These services include:
- Plumbing
- Air Conditioning / Heating
- Painting
- Handyman
- Electrical
To become a preferred provider, a vendor must have experience working within a common ownership environment. This includes being aware of and complying with HOA rules regarding home access, resident notification and work hours.
